Almost everyone tells me that they want accountability. In the gym or in your home routine, you usually don’t get this. This probably means that you aren’t achieving the results that you want. In my programs, you know that I’ll be waiting for you to come to boot camp or show up for personal training which will make you more likely to exercise. I’ll also keep track of the exercise that you are doing on your own which will make it more likely that you’ll follow through. Although I will only hold you accountable to what is realistic for you based on what you want to achieve. I will hold you accountable so that you can stay on track and get results.
