Personal Training

Personal training is one-on-one or small group training for anyone at any level.  It may be a good place for people to start who want personal attention before starting boot camp.  In personal training, an exercise plan will be designed specifically for you or your group.  The 45 minute session will be a combination of strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and stretching.  I will use fat-burning techniques to help you burn the most fat in the least amount of time.  I will also use various pieces of equipment and different types of exercises during the session to keep it interesting.  The training can be done in various locations, including your home.
