		<description>I&#039;ve tried the 9 minute routines when I was going to the Clarksville Bootcamp and they are so powerful and intense. You&#039;ll defintely feel the burn after doing these. The best part is when you can&#039;t make it to the gym or when you need quick workout you can do this. It&#039;s literally only 9 minutes out of your day and it works!</description>

Just yesterday after working out I told myself I deserved some chocolate, little did I realize all I did was ruin my progress for the day. One piece of chocolate soon turned into 4 pieces and by the end of the night I felt bad about what I ate. Understanding what a snack is and what&#039;s appropriate after doing a 1 hour workout is helpful and important to prevent me from sabotaging my success. I&#039;m going to try fruit or dates next time and check out this book as well. Thanks for the advice!</description>

		<description>Oh my gosh, your so right! Isn&#039;t it amazing how &quot;peer pressure&quot; can affect us. There have been countless times where I give in to the &quot;you deserve it&quot; and let it derail my goals. It&#039;s so important to surround yourself with people who have the same goals for a healthy lifestyle that we do. Going to the Fulton bootcamp has been extremely motivational for me. I sometimes forget how good it feels to be in a supportive environment like that until I miss a couple of sessions and come back to it.
